The Opportunity
As Senior Contract Administrator, you will support the commercial delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects from procurement and subcontract award through to completion and close-out.
Working as part of an integrated commercial, procurement and project delivery team, you will administer high-value electrical, mechanical and specialist subcontract packages, manage contractual obligations, support procurement activities and contribute to strong commercial outcomes across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Administer head contracts and subcontract packages across major data centre projects.
- Support procurement, tender evaluations, negotiations and subcontract awards.
- Manage variations, payment claims, EOTs and contractual notices.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, compliance and commercial outcomes.
- Support forecasting, cost reporting, claims management and commercial controls.
- Collaborate with project, engineering and procurement teams to manage risk and drive project success
About You
We're looking for a commercially astute Contract Administrator with experience delivering complex construction, engineering or infrastructure projects within a fast-paced project environment.
You will bring:
- Solid experience in Contract Administration, Commercial Management or a related project commercial role coupled with experience in Data Centres, Health, Defence, Airports, Industrial or other major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commerce, Law or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in subcontract procurement, negotiation and administration
- Experience managing variations, progress claims, contractual correspondence and commercial reporting
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
