The opportunity

Manager, Accounts Receivable – Cash will be responsible for Cash Applications oversight. This role will establish, maintain and report metrics while training, ensuring and adhering to policies and procedures.

The role

• Managed daily Cash Applications Team operations.

• Resolved cash application issues and payment discrepancies.• Executed month-end closing activities and reporting.

• Tracked and reported monthly operational metrics.• Produced monthly management reports.• Maintained customer remittance records and databases.• Coordinated audit support for internal and external audits.• Performed AR reconciliations.

• Processed miscellaneous billing functions.

The requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance.• 3 - 5 years supervisory experience.

• Knowledge and prior experience in Cash Application.• Strong MS Office Suite skills including Excel PivotTables and Formulas (V-Lookup, etc.)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.

• Experience with SAP and JDE (JD Edwards) ERP systems is highly preferred.
