With innovation, compliance, security, and customer trust at our core, we strive to become the preferred payment solutions partner for businesses nationwide.

Job Description

  • Act as day-to-day custodian of the Mukto Pay brand: guidelines, identity, tone of voice, and the compliance of every asset with brand standards and Banglalink brand governance.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns end to end — brief, concept, creative development, production, media, launch and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Own the creative product: write and challenge the briefs, run the agency and production partners, and hold the standard on what actually goes out.
  • Own mass media planning and buying — TV, radio, OOH and print — with the agencies, and hand the campaign platform to the Digital Media Senior Manager for digital adaptation, so that one idea runs across every channel rather than three ideas running in parallel.
  • Deliver product marketing execution for each launch to the dates in the GTM plan: launch narrative in market, collateral, in-app and channel communication.
  • Own BTL and trade assets: agent-point branding, merchant POS and acceptance material, activation kits and field campaign material — produced in Bangla and tested with actual agents before they are printed at scale.
  • Own the campaign calendar across products and channels, and stop campaigns competing with one another for the same customer in the same week.
  • Manage the campaign budget line — commitments, production, agency fees — and complete an honest post-campaign evaluation of cost per outcome against the CAC ceiling.
  • Run the brand tracker: baseline before launch, quarterly reads on awareness, consideration and trust against the incumbent, and a read-out that actually changes the next campaign.
  • Ensure every claim, tariff presentation and promotional mechanic clears Compliance and Bangladesh Bank disclosure expectations before release — with no exception made for a deadline.
  • Support PR, sponsorship and corporate communication execution.
  • Maintain the brand asset library and the approval workflow, so that field teams and agents are not improvising artwork.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field; a master’s degree is welcome but not required.

Job Experience Required

  • 6–8 years in brand management, campaign management or integrated marketing, including experience owning campaigns end to end.
  • Consumer category background — FMCG, telecom, MFS or fintech, retail banking, e-commerce or consumer durables.
  • Demonstrable delivery of national ATL campaigns and of BTL and trade material at field scale.
  • Agency-side candidates are welcome where client-side campaign ownership and budget accountability are evidenced.
  • Bangladesh market experience strongly preferred; Bangla creative judgement is essential to the role.

Required Capabilities

  • Writes a brief that produces good work, and can tell good work from work that merely looks expensive.
  • Judges Bangla creative on its own terms rather than as a translation of an English idea.
  • Runs a campaign calendar and a production schedule without dropping a launch date.
  • Manages agencies and production houses as suppliers against targets and timelines.
  • Evaluates a campaign honestly after it has run, including when it did not work.
  • Knows where the compliance line sits on financial claims, and does not test it under deadline pressure.
  • Builds for an agent-mediated, low-literacy, voice-first customer as naturally as for a smartphone-first one.
  • Works as a peer with the Digital Media Senior Manager — one campaign idea, two execution routes.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, and strong Bangla.
