What you'll need to have

• Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
• Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
• Support customers to make purchases with assistance or self-service tools.
