You will help shape end-to-end event execution by owning the data, registration experience, and reporting that power successful programs - while applying strong privacy and quality standards.
As an Event Planner Data Specialist at JPMorganChase within the Private Bank Events Team, you will manage event data and reporting for International Private Bank events, with a specific focus on Swiss data handled in line with applicable data privacy requirements and firm guidelines. You will also build and maintain the event registration website and overall registration experience on our event management platform. In addition, you will provide ad hoc support to event planning teams and partner with stakeholders across levels. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of International Private Bank Events.
Job responsibilities
- Build event registration websites on our event management platform
- Partner with the Head of IPB Events to create event launches for the business
- Liaise with IPB event team partners to collect nominations for senior management review
- Review event nominations for accuracy
- Track RSVPs via the Private Bank (PB) event platform and drive all event reporting
- Develop a deep understanding of event data to identify efficiencies, provide invitee recommendations, and ensure event criteria are met accurately
- Apply global data privacy rules and regulations and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Support targeted events and projects (specifically EMEA-based)
- Provide event support for regional events teams on an ad hoc basis
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in events
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and event management applications
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly across a variety of stakeholders
- Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt as business priorities shift
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Financial services and event planning experience
- Proficiency in French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish
