Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop scalable production plans that optimize resource allocation and meet fluctuating demand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless workflow integration.
  • Monitor and enhance production reliability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Champion process innovation, leveraging data and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and operational excellence.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, production scheduling tools, and data analysis.
  • Conversational English and Excel
