Intern Bachelors Software Engineer

As an Intern Bachelors Software Engineer, you'll keep our labs and simulation environments running smoothly, make our technology demonstrations faster and easier to run, and prepare the data we use to test and evaluate our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, integrate, and maintain lab hardware and software, including simulators, workstations, and displays.
• Optimize how existing demonstrations are run by automating manual steps and streamlining startup, aiming for one-click execution.
• Develop scripts and tools that make lab systems reliable and simple to use.
• Organize and prepare data into structured datasets for testing and validation.
• Support test and evaluation campaigns and document the results.

Key skills and qualifications

• Currently studying computer science, software engineering, cybernetics, electrical or aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• Scripting or programming experience, for example Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Comfort setting up and troubleshooting PC hardware.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to working with data.
• A proactive and innovative approach to work, with a positive, hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Ability to write clear technical documentation or user guides.
• Interest in the aerospace industry or drones.
• A drone pilot license, or willingness to obtain one (we can arrange it).
