Key responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation strategies across all hotel revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustained growth.
  • Lead the evaluation of markets to create advanced pricing strategies, leveraging the perceived value of assets across various segments and channels.
  • Oversee the analysis of distribution channels to optimize profitability, focusing on identifying and prioritizing the most effective methods.
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors, General Managers, and revenue leaders throughout the portfolio to deliver strategic revenue insights and maximize yield opportunities.
  • Partner with the LHG Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Distribution and senior executives to foster a culture of accountability, establishing key metrics and linking regional performance to measurable outcomes, including compensation frameworks.
  • Strategically guide and oversee the implementation of revenue objectives across multiple properties, ensuring optimal business mix and driving RevPAR Index growth and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate in the formulation of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts by segment for each property, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals.
  • Establish and execute strategies that secure profitable group, transient, and catering business to exceed annual budget targets across the portfolio.
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Leaders on cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing business mix and achieving market-leading performance.
  • Lead comprehensive analysis of future trends, including Co-Star data, group and transient booking pace, and other critical metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design and deliver advanced revenue management training programs that empower teams to exceed performance expectations and drive company-wide sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing function to oversee the approval and rollout of impactful packages that align with revenue goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the revenue management team in developing tools, systems, and processes that maximize revenues and profitability across all properties.
  • Drive recruitment and succession planning efforts, ensuring readiness for all senior-level positions within the Revenue Management function.
  • Lead monthly Revenue Management Conference calls, delivering in-depth analysis of performance metrics, previous month's statistics, and anticipated trends.
  • Collaboratively partner with Directors of Sales & Marketing to conceptualize and execute high-impact revenue-generating initiatives that align with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Prefer 10+ years of experience in developing and leading revenue management for a global brand with strategic vision for how to maximize business results through electronic distributions
  • Experience in developing revenue management systems
  • Experience in managing booking engine systems
  • Experience in the respective distribution channels ,strategies and campaigns
  • Experience with attending Owner meetings and engaging with senior leadership
  • Well-developed leadership skills; effective relationship management skills and strategic thinking with strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Experience of working for multiple revenue business models
  • Good track record successfully in developing and implementing revenue solutions in dealing with people with different backgrounds and cultures
  • Extensive knowledge of business analytical tools
  • Strong financial acumen is required
  • Team player, responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality
  • High level of attention to details, organized, pro-active, self-motivated and independent
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin
