Officer / Senior Officer, Claims (General Insurance – Motor Focus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution
- Verify, investigate and assess validity of claims
- Liaise with customers and service providers
- Negotiate settlements with third party claimants
- Attend Small Claims Tribunal
- Answer claims hotlines and general telephone enquiries
- Provide quality service to customers in accordance with the service standards
- Assist in ad hoc projects and UAT as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- (non-degree holder with relevant experience will be also considered)
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Relevant experience in general insurance industry will be definitely an advantage
- Professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE / ACII / ANZIIF) will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and analytical skills
