Job Summary
Location: Onsite (Indonesia) | Bahasa: Must-have
Skills & Real-Time Implementation Experience Required:
• 8–12 yrs delivering Microsoft Business Apps / D365 CE programmes in insurance / BFSI
• Run fixed-capacity, multi-release programmes (Plan-for-Success → R1 / R2 / R3)
• RAID, governance cadence and RT orchestration across seconded vertical teams
• Agile / SAFe +/ Proven Process hybrid waterfall delivery
• Commercial literacy — margin, loaded-PD estimation, change control
• Stakeholder management to COO / CIO level
• Prior APAC / Indonesia delivery in OJK-regulated environments
Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities Mapped to Project:
• Single accountable delivery owner for Project
• Mobilise the 4-week Plan-for-Success; own integrated plan, RAID log and governance cadence with Zurich (COO Setia Darmawan, Programme Lead Dian Wibowo)
• Orchestrate vertical RT secondments into one backlog under one architecture authority
• Steward the Core write-back decision and STP scope toggle
• Hold the wrap-not-replace boundary; report directional benefits to the steering committee
