Breakfast Waiter

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet.
• Clearing and cleaning the restaurant and kitchen.
• Handling and storing food products.
• Preparing and cooking dishes for the breakfast buffet.
• Food preparation for the following day.
• Monitoring hygiene standards.
• Providing service to guests.
• Receiving and resolving guest feedback and comments.
• Various other ad hoc tasks within the Food & Beverage department.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good grasp of English is key, proficiency in other languages in beneficial.
• Experience in cooking and presentation an advantage.
• Good communication skills, a positive outlook and flexibility.
• Initiative, precision and organised work methods.
• Awareness of security and safety, knowledge of HACCP is beneficial.
