We're looking for graduates and young professionals known for their excellence—both academically and professionally. These individuals are committed, curious, and quick to adapt in a fast-changing world. Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track twelve months job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development. It is designed to offer core professional skills through project-based learning, mentorship and exposure to processes and systems.
The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.
The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.
To provide dedicated capacity to the General Finance department for the timely completion of institution-wide fixed assets verification and stock count exercises, while supporting core finance functions, thereby safeguarding the integrity of financial statements, audit readiness and institutional accountability.

Responsibilities
· Fixed Assets Verification - Conduct 100% verification of the institution's fixed assets in coordination with the General Finance team.
· Stock Count Support - Support the institution-wide stock count exercise, including physical verification and reconciliation of stock records.
· Reconciliations - Perform reconciliations of assigned financial accounts and records.
· G-L Variance Analysis - Analyze general ledger variances and investigate discrepancies.
· Assigned Report Preparation - Prepare finance reports as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
· No prior work experience mandatory; this is an entry-level trainee role. Exposure through coursework, attachment, or internship in finance/accounting is an added advantage.
Relevant Experience
· Up to one years of relevant experience including internships, freelance, volunteer or academic project work. Portfolio demonstrating written and visual work required.
· Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
