Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme

Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track twelve-month job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development. The programme serves as a strategic talent pipeline, aimed at nurturing future leaders by immersing participants in meaningful, real-world work and cross-functional learning experiences. It is designed to offer core professional skills through project-based learning, mentorship and exposure to processes and systems.

The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the 'know-how' to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.

The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Learning & Technical Development - Participate in structured training, coaching, mentorship, leadership development, competency assessments, and departmental rotations across engineering functions.

· Asset & Inventory Management - Assist with asset data management and asset inventory verification.-

· Digital Facilities Management - Participate in digital facilities management by supporting CMMS data management, maintenance performance monitoring, predictive maintenance analysis, and the preparation of maintenance reports and dashboards

· Compliance & Accreditation Support - Support digital records, compliance documentation, accreditation activities, and departmental KPI reporting

· Engineering Projects - Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of engineering projects while gaining exposure to project management processes and stakeholder engagement.

· Operational Efficiency - Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the review of engineering guidelines, procedures, programmes, and departmental policies.

· Performance Monitoring - Assist in monitoring and analyzing utility performance, equipment reliability, energy consumption, maintenance KPIs, and downtime trends.

· Upcoming projects – Engage in innovative upcoming objects that are prioritized by the Engineering Department.

Requirements

· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

· Recent graduate or up to one(1) year of relevant engineering experience.

· Industrial attachment or internship in facilities management, utilities, building services, or hospital engineering will be an added advantage.

· Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
