Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the planning team with daily, weekly, and monthly planning activities.
• Support the preparation and updating of production, operations schedules.
• Monitor planned activities against actual performance and highlight variances.
• Maintain and update planning-related data, reports, and trackers.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly planning reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect required information and ensure timely updates.
• Identify delays, shortages, or potential planning issues and escalate them to the relevant team members.
• Assist in analyzing operational data and preparing basic performance summaries.
• Support inventory, material planning activities where required.
• Ensure planning records and documentation are maintained accurately.
• Perform other planning and administrative tasks assigned by the Planning Manager.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office packages; specially about Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
