As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Engagement Ambassador - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on risk management and client support. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, you will engage with clients to develop meaningful relationships and deliver managed services that align with their needs. Your work will be integral to our Health PLS Ops Managed Services, where you will navigate complex challenges and provide strategic solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and using critical thinking to anticipate client needs. This role emphasizes relationship building and managing others, allowing you to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You will embrace ambiguity and use it as an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be at the forefront of delivering client-focused solutions within our Tax practice. Your contributions will help shape the future of our services and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conducting risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies to address potential compliance issues
- Implementing compliance programs and overseeing risk management frameworks to support client engagements
- Reviewing contracts and monitoring contractual risks to validate alignment with legal standards
- Advising on anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance to safeguard client operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to data security protocols
- Facilitating compliance oversight and governance frameworks to enhance operational integrity
- Engaging in risk communication and reporting to inform stakeholders of potential challenges
- Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate risk models and propose solutions for risk management
- Collaborating with teams to develop and implement risk management program development initiatives
- Supporting client relationships by providing compliance advisement and risk consulting services
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
