Responsibilities

1. Field Auditing & Compliance: conduct regular, structured on-site evaluations at dealership locations to audit operational processes, commercial compliance, product & brand knowledge and Customer Experience (CX) corporate standards.
2. On-Site Training & Coaching: act as a field coach and facilitator for dealer staff. Deliver real-time feedback, guide commercial teams on best practices, and support the implementation of sales and service behavioural frameworks.
3. Content & Material Development: design, structure, and update highly visual and pedagogical training assets, including operational manuals, interactive presentations, training guides, and field support documentation.
4. Digital Media & Video Content Creation: develop and host engaging, fast-paced multimedia training materials. This includes creating video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and step-by-step process explainers, requiring high comfort and fluidity performing on-camera.
5. Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement: analyse field KPIs, dealer performance scorecards, and customer feedback data. Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with dealer management to design, deploy, and monitor tailored Action and Improvement Plans.
6. Cross-Functional Synergy: consolidate field insights to share with the broader Network Development team, contributing to the standardisation of best practices across all dealer cohorts
