Role Purpose

The purpose of this role to analyse client technology environments, create low-level design inputs, and integrate technology components to existing client environment for a specific technology.

Requirement Analysis-Participate in client discussions to gather information regarding platform constraints, technology stacks, and performance expectations of a specific technology.

Designing-Create low-level design inputs for assigned technology and provides technical viewpoints for specific components as per the standards and best practices.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate client technology environment to support integration of technology components and ensure system-level technical compatibility.

Troubleshooting-Support testing activities for technology components and work with developers and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot errors during deployment phases.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Architect & Data Remediation Lead to support a strategic Salesforce Data Archive, Purge, Data Governance, and Data Remediation initiative.

This role will be responsible for leading the analysis and resolution of data quality issues within Salesforce, defining and implementing data governance processes, and driving the implementation of a tool for proactive data quality monitoring and remediation. The resource will act as the primary subject matter expert for Salesforce data architecture, large data volume management, and data quality improvements.

Due to the high degree of stakeholder engagement, data model understanding, and coordination with business and delivery teams, an onshore resource is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Data Governance & Remediation

• Perform Salesforce Data Pollution Analysis and identify root causes of data quality issues.

• Define and implement data remediation processes and governance controls.

• Lead the implementation of a data remediation tool for data quality use cases, rules, and monitoring capabilities.

• Establish sustainable data quality and remediation frameworks.

Salesforce Architecture & Development

• Design and implement scalable solutions for large Salesforce datasets.

• Develop Salesforce code and automation to support remediation and data quality initiatives.

• Support data archive and purge activities.

• Ensure alignment with Salesforce data integrity and compliance requirements.

Data Analysis & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Done teams and other stakeholders to gain deep understanding of the Salesforce data model.

• Analyse blocked records and classify exception types.

• Segment quick-win opportunities versus complex exception scenarios.

• Provide guidance on remediation strategies and long-term improvements.

Data Correction & Purge Activities

• Cross-reference Salesforce data with internal and external data sources (e.g., VISSBOSS, ADB).

• Enrich and correct incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate data.

• Resolve inactive date issues and status mismatches.

• Resolve orphan records and dependency-related issues.

• Validate records against Salesforce integrity and purge rules.

• Execute controlled purge processes for records that meet eligibility criteria.

• Report progress, residual risks, and remaining blocked cases.
