Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end movement of our international freight, keep our customer satisfaction levels high, while supporting efficiency in supply chain operations. This is a fast-paced role at the heart of our supply chain, working across international shipping, inventory, and stock coordination to make sure everything arrives accurately, cost-effectively, and on time.

You'll keep a close eye on shipping costs to help keep budgets on track, take ownership of inventory and stock chain coordination, and lend a hand with stock forecasting. You'll be working closely with teams across the business, so strong communication and keeping everyone in the loop is a must.

It's a busy, hands-on role that calls for sharp attention to detail and someone who genuinely enjoys variety in their day. You're comfortable with systems, quick to adapt when things change, and always on the lookout for a better, more efficient way to get things done. We need someone willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, with some good banter along the way.

Based on-site in Palmerston North, this is a full-time position.
