Kā te Rama Switched On Group exists to enhance environments for whānau, businesses and communities across Aotearoa for government, commercial and private organisations. Our focus is facilities management and maintenance, refurbishments and new-builds.
We are looking for a part-time administrator to join our high performing and close-knit finance team for 20 hours, 5 days per week.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will be varied in duties and level of responsibility. This is a busy and proactive role where each day will be different, your days may include:
Office and building coordination to make sure things are ticking over as they should be. This will involve liaison with the Landlord and building contractors
Credit card reconciliations processing – data entry, distribution, liaising with card holders and reporting
Fleet Management assistance – we have vehicles from Gisborne to Christchurch that require regular management and maintenance to ensure they are safe and have all the necessary compliance.
General assistance for finance team
Maintaining office supplies, including picking up online orders
Managing mail and couriers
This is a hands-on role where you will work as part of collaborative and supportive team. This may be the opportunity you are looking for to enter the world of financial administration or returning to work on a part-time basis.
What we are looking for:
Solid administration skills, preferably someone with financial administration experience and /or has a relevant qualification
Accurate data entry skills and able to interpret reports and identify anomalies
Experience working in an admin or office coordinator role
Ability to manage different priorities
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Someone who is happy to help with a variety of duties
