Your new responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities and technical initiatives for manufacturing operations, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers and technicians, and driving strategic process improvements.
• Lead complex process improvement, yield enhancement, quality, reliability, and cost-reduction projects, applying Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven methodologies to improve manufacturing performance.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for critical manufacturing processes by defining process control strategies, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing long-term process and technology roadmaps.
• Lead process qualifications, validations, technology transfers, and engineering changes, ensuring robust implementation, process capability, and compliance with applicable quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve complex manufacturing issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Prepare and present technical reports, recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional teams and management, while supporting customer audits and maintaining compliance with quality systems and manufacturing standards

Who we are looking for

• 2-3 years hands on experience in tape and reel process and AOI systems
• Experience in semiconductor is a plus
• Willingness and ability to perform 12-hour rotating day and night shifts monthly
