Recruitment Specialist

Afni Talent Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of the onboarding experience for new hires. The Onboarding Specialist is the candidate’s "go-to" from the moment they are offered a position until their first day of work at Afni.

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the final stage of the recruitment process including the management of the requisition process, extending offers and initiating background checks. The Onboarding Specialist helps in providing quality candidate experience and ensures the new hires have a smooth and consistent transition into their roles.

An Onboarding Specialist serves an important role that extends beyond guiding new hires; they will partner closely with fellow HR team members and the entire Talent Acquisition team to support our mutual goal of connecting talent with opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
2. At least 2-year experience in Talent Onboarding and volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
3. With demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
4. Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
5. Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
6. Analytical and detail oriented.
7. Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment.
8. Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.
9. Strong command of English both oral and written.
10. Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements.
11. Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change.
