Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

The Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns focused on brandawareness, lead generation, and driver & user acquisition.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution.
• Support social media content, promotions, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

What we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with experience in paid ads and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City
