Employee Experience Officer

We are looking for an Employee Experience Officer who is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.

The Employee Experience Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and experience programs that promote employee satisfaction, strengthen engagement, and support employee retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Engagement and Wellness

  • Implement and enhance employee engagement programs and activities
  • Coordinate employee clubs, wellness initiatives, and work-life balance programs
  • Organize employee events and activities throughout the year
  • Facilitate initiatives that strengthen communication and connection between employees and Management
  • Support company-wide employee engagement and recognition activities

Employee Recognition and Customer Experience Support

  • Assist in the implementation of employee recognition and rewards programs
  • Support Customer Experience initiatives, including recognition and awards programs
  • Ensure employee engagement and rewards initiatives are aligned with organizational goals

Development of New Programs

  • Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience
  • Develop and propose new employee experience programs aligned with organizational values and objectives
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement and evaluate employee initiatives

Employee Feedback and Continuous Improvement

  • Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus group discussions, and other feedback channels
  • Analyze feedback to understand employee needs, concerns, and preferences
  • Recommend improvements to existing programs and initiatives
  • Present insights and recommendations to Management to continuously improve the employee experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and creative
  • Strong interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee well-being
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
