Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately input shipment details, including consignee information, transport details, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Review shipping documents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to registration.
  • Maintain and update shipment records within CargoWise.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment information and documentation requirements.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and registration issues.
  • Ensure all import files are processed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor workflow queues and prioritize urgent shipments as required.
  • Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries.
  • Follow proper steps as per the given standard operating procedure

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably supporting logistics or freight forwarding operations.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Experience with CargoWise is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
