Overview
The Senior Accountant is a key member of the accounting team responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through ownership of month-end close activities, comprehensive account reconciliations, and preparation of the monthly financial reporting packages. This role serves as a trusted business partner to cross-functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis while maintaining compliance with GAAP and internal controls. The Senior Accountant will also play a critical role in external audit coordination and drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems. This role will report to the Assistant Controller.

Qualifications
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Master's degree in Accounting or Business (MAcc, MBA, etc.) preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 3 years in public accounting experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage month-end close and reporting responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles (journal entries and account reconciliations)
