Your role

Create, maintain, and update customer accounts, pricing information, and sales-related data within CRM and SAP systems.
Manage customer master data, sales territories, commission tables, and account records.
Support customer account setup, archiving, merging, and ongoing data maintenance in Salesforce.
Process pricing updates, promotions, rebates, royalties, and related reporting activities.
Coordinate data transfers and support commission processing activities.
Maintain accurate customer lists and business records for sales and marketing teams.
Serve as a SAP Power User, providing process support, troubleshooting, and guidance to colleagues.
Assist with SAP Business Warehouse setup, user support, and training activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support documentation and compliance requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate CRM operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a BPO, customer service, CRM, order management, or business operations environment.
Experience working with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systems.
Strong SAP-ERP knowledge and experience supporting business processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
