Your main responsibilities:

Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
Consider traffic, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes.
Respond promptly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.
Resolve current operational challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or issues with recipient availability.
Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure parcels are prepared and ready for shipping on time.
Propose improvements in the organization of courier work to enhance efficiency and service quality.
