Your main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities (What you will learn and how you will support us):

  • Management reporting: Learning to create and prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Month-end close: Active support of the team in the monthly process of closing and reporting financial results.
  • Calculation and monitoring of KPIs: Calculating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the financial services area.
  • Data analysis and recommendations: Investigating variances and their causes. You will learn to draw conclusions based on historical data and propose concrete actions to improve results.

Main challenges (What you will face):

  • Optimization and automation of reporting: You will face the complexity of financial data. We count on your curiosity in searching for new ways to improve efficiency and automate the report generation process.
  • Working with Big Data, SQL and AI: You will face diverse, large datasets. The challenge will be learning and using SQL queries, statistics and artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools to analyze, verify and handle this data.

Profile of the candidate that we are looking for:

  • Student status or higher education (e.g., Economics, Finance and Accounting, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, Big Data, Data Analysis or related).

  • Analytical mind and critical thinking: Data-driven mindset.

  • Exceptional attention to detail: Meticulousness, accuracy and a sense of aesthetics – key to creating clear and professional management reports.

  • Continuous appetite for improvement: Proactivity, technological curiosity and a desire to automate repetitive processes.

  • Modern analyst's toolkit: Willingness to learn (or already possessed knowledge) in the field of Big Data, statistical analysis and SQL.

  • Openness to AI: Readiness to explore and use artificial intelligence (AI) tools on a daily basis to support analytics and reporting.

  • Basics of finance: Knowledge in the field of financial planning and controlling.
