About the Role

As an HPM Inventory Manager, you will drive end-to-end inventory performance and optimization across the global HPM supply chain. Working closely with HPM ISC, Markets, Factories, Order Management, and Centers of Excellence, you will lead initiatives that improve inventory health, reduce working capital, and strengthen supply chain performance.

A key focus of the role will be reducing unhealthy, aged, and incomplete inventory in Markets and Merge Centers while ensuring alignment with inventory norms and stocking strategies. Based in our Hub in Łódź, you will leverage analytics, program management, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain inventory norms across the end-to-end HPM supply chain in line with business strategies and risk management principles.
• Monitor inventory performance through regular reporting and KPI reviews.
• Drive inventory performance management and continuous improvement through structured governance and Daily Management practices.
• Lead initiatives to reduce aged, unhealthy, and incomplete inventory across Markets and Merge Centers.
• Analyze inventory data, identify root causes, and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Lead inventory planning activities, including AOP, Forecasting, and Latest Views, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Enhance inventory planning capabilities and tools, including the development of scenario planning and forecasting models.
• Identify and deploy best practices to improve inventory management across the business.
• Lead transformation projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships and alignment across HPM ISC, Markets, Finance, Order Management, and Centers of Excellence.

Your Team:

You will be part of the HPM ISC Planning team and work closely with a broad network of stakeholders across Factories, Markets, Order Management, Finance, Planning, and Centers of Excellence. What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain within a global multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in data analytics and the effective use of analytical tools.
• Proven ability to lead and support transformational initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience working successfully in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Daily Management, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset with strong program and performance management capabilities.
• Resilient, pragmatic, and collaborative approach with the ability to challenge constructively and drive results.

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is 227,800 PLN– 377,400 PLN.

We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
