Main responsibilities:
- Your responsibilities Monitoring the performance of LSPs from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on-time and complete deliveries;
- Ensuring the efficient execution of Logistics requirements, such as inbound receiving, order picking, delivery, etc.;
- Resolve service issues and communicate to internal customers i.e. Customer Service, CDT, SNP, LSP’s and LLP;
- Ensure Colgate financial policies, SOX procedures, quality audits and inventory management are followed;
- Ensure that all local regulations are met and that products are received and shipped to meet customer requirements;
- Reconciles inventory variances between CP and LSP systems;
- Conduct physical inventory counts and LSP audits on a periodic basis;
- Manage pallet process.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Greek is a requirement
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage by exception Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented approach
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, G-suite is an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics/warehousing gained in an international company be an asset
- Bachelor degree in logistics or similar area will be an asset
- Working experience with SAP or another ERP will be an asset.
