As a Business Analyst at Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland, you are the bridge between business and IT. You build strong relationships with your business partners, understand their requirements, and translate them into effective IT solutions. You optimize and digitalize business processes, support transformation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement together with the team.

Responsibilities

• Consult business partners on IT topics, digitalization opportunities, innovations, and technology trends.
• Analyze, model, and design solutions for the optimization of business processes.
• Collaborate with business units to improve and standardize processes and support solution design activities.
• Gather, derive, document, and manage business and IT requirements.
• Analyze requirements for feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Support IT change, demand, incident, problem, and release management processes to ensure stable business operations.
• Build and maintain a communication network with internal and external business partners.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and operation of business applications and related processes.
• Participate in testing activities, user acceptance testing, and solution rollouts.
• Provide guidance and support to key users and stakeholders.
• Actively share knowledge and best practices within the organization.

Qualifikationen

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes in a corporate environment.
• Requirements Engineering and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications.
• Basic SQL and Windows Server knowledge.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
