Job Description
Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
- Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
- Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, creating and managing delivery orders, return process.
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
- Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
- You have some experience in Supply Chain, especially in Order Management
- You have a very good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- You are an excellent problem solver with strong organizational skills (time and task management).
- You take ownership and communicate effectively with others.
- You have knowledge of SAP
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is 71 200 PLN – 94 933 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
