Your role:
You'll own financial reporting for a portfolio of legal entities, ensuring it's accurate, compliant and audit-ready under both IFRS and local GAAP standards. Working as the key accounting contact for entity CFOs, you'll provide clear visibility on reporting status, flag risks early, and drive resolution across teams. You'll coordinate with centralized accounting, Tax, Treasury and Group Functions to balance standardized global processes with local requirements. This is a role where your expertise shapes reporting quality, your challenge keeps standards high, and your collaboration unlocks solutions across the organization.
Who you are:
- You have at least 5 years of professional accounting, finance or audit experience, including time in an expert-level position.
- You hold or are working toward professional credentials like CPA or ACCA.
- You know local accounting laws, tax regulations and international standards like IFRS or GAAP inside out.
- You review financial information with confidence, spot risks quickly and communicate accounting matters clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- You're self-driven, take ownership of your work and deliver accurate, timely and compliant results without being asked twice.
- You work well across functions, facilitate problem-solving and build trust with multiple stakeholders.
- You exercise sound judgment, challenge constructively when needed and stay committed to continuous improvement and strong controls.
