Lead a Global SAP Public Cloud Transformation 🎯

🔎We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw and lead the delivery of an international SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This role offers a rare combination of international exposure, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to influence business-critical decisions across a large-scale transformation program.

💼 What you bring:

• 4-6 years of hands on experience leading SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects; Public Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience working within international, cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Native Polish language skills and professional English proficiency are a must
• You are based in Warsaw

Your future role

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
• Own project planning, governance, resource coordination, and delivery execution.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, SAP consultants, and delivery teams.
• Drive executive-level communication and project reporting.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with SAP best practices and business priorities.
• Support organizational change, user adoption, and successful transition to operations.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and business value.
