to drive business development and manage the full recruitment cycle in the tech sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT industry.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio.

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and placing candidates.

• Stay updated on tech trends, skills, and the IT job market.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services.

• Achieve sales and placement targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment and/or business development.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Fluency in Polish and English
