About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, the Senior Enterprise Applications Business Analyst shapes and documents requirements for enterprise applications and data change across Bravura. You will act as a trusted partner bridging business stakeholders, IT, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Enterprise Applications Analysis: Own end-to-end BA activities for implementations, integrations, and enhancements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Enterprise Data Analysis: Collaborate with data SMEs to define data flows, lineage, master data, mapping, migration, and reporting requirements. Support data catalogue management and impact assessments for data warehouses.
• Delivery & Practice Standardisation: Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of reusable BA frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards across the portfolio.
• Collaboration & Quality: Facilitate discovery workshops, support governance forums, define acceptance criteria, support testing (UAT), and validate release readiness.

Unleash Your Potential

• Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst within a back-office IT function, working with enterprise applications, data integrations, and cross-functional teams in a global/hybrid environment.
• Key Skills: Expertise in requirements elicitation, process and data mapping, writing user stories, impact assessments, and dependency mapping.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of data architecture concepts (data flows, lineage, master data, reporting layers) and Agile/product delivery frameworks.
• Desirable: Experience with platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, or certifications such as IIBA (CBAP), BCS, or Six Sigma.
