We are now looking for an OTC Transformation Program Manager in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!

The OTC Transformation Program Manager (EMEA) is responsible for leading and coordinating the Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation agenda across the EMEA region. The role drives the regional execution of strategic initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with global OTC objectives while addressing regional business requirements.

Working in partnership with regional Order Management teams, Sales, Sales Support, Finance, IT, Digital, and Process Owners, the Program Manager oversees a portfolio of transformation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and scalability across the EMEA Order-to-Cash organization.

The role serves as the central point of coordination for regional OTC transformation programs, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, benefit realization, and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Program Management

  • Lead and coordinate the EMEA OTC transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regional priorities.

  • Manage a portfolio of process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business units.

  • Establish program governance, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to regional and global leadership.

  • Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustainable operational improvements.

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize Order-to-Cash processes across the EMEA region.

  • Partner with Global Process Owners to implement standardized best practices while accommodating regional regulatory and business requirements.

  • Lead process mapping, value stream analysis, and continuous improvement workshops.

  • Promote Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and improve operational performance

Process Automation & Digital Enablement

  • Coordinate the identification, prioritization, and implementation of automation opportunities within the OTC process.

  • Partner with IT, Digital, AI, and Automation teams to deliver workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), AI-enabled solutions, and system enhancements.

  • Ensure business requirements are clearly defined and translated into technical solutions.

  • Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization activities.

  • Track automation performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Build strong partnerships with regional Order Management leaders, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and Digital teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

  • Drive change management activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning.

  • Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels to support standardized processes and digital transformation.

Governance & Performance Management

  • Establish governance frameworks for regional transformation initiatives.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness, process performance, automation benefits, and customer outcomes.

  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regional regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash transformation, business transformation, process excellence, continuous improvement, or program management.

  • Demonstrated experience leading regional or global transformation initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proven experience coordinating process automation and digital transformation programs.

  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, customer service, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer operations.

  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems.

  • Experience with process mapping, process governance, and business process optimization methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-driven process automation, workflow tools, or low-code platforms.

  • Experience using process mining and analytics tools such as Celonis, Power BI, or similar technologies.

  • Experience working within a multinational organization supporting the EMEA region..
