Senior Consultant – Operational Procurement & IT Renewals

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Consultant – Operational Procurement & IT Renewals to join our Procurement Operations & Client Service Desk team.

What You'll Do

As part of a dynamic and international team, you will play a key role in supporting operational procurement activities while managing IT contract renewals across a diverse portfolio of suppliers and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end IT renewals for software subscriptions, maintenance agreements, support contracts, and other technology-related services
• Proactively monitoring renewal pipelines and engaging stakeholders to ensure timely renewals and uninterrupted service delivery
• Reviewing supplier quotations, coordinating approvals, and supporting commercial discussions where required
• Processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with procurement policies and procedures
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for procurement-related requests and supplier coordination
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities
• Maintaining procurement and supplier data, renewal trackers, and relevant documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, controls, and user experience
• Ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and operational service targets are consistently achieved

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Operations, P2P, or IT Procurement
• Experience managing IT contract renewals, software subscriptions, maintenance agreements, or technology vendors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with procurement and ticketing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow
• Good understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Advanced English communication skills
