As a Lead Project Management Specialist at Honeywell, in Romania, you will be responsible for Leading end to end project/programs planning and defining project / program scope, strategy and financials. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project/programs planning, from Pre-Feasibility to Close-out (People, Infrastructure/Global Real Estate , DC, ISC, S4 Design & Roll outs) for BA Transformation
- Define project / program scope, financials, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with teams & business goals, and subject to project type;
- Prepare for Gate Exit, following STP standards, BA Transformation driven standards and timelines which will be communicated / rolled out by the Portfolio Leader or PMO through the quarterly PM academies;
- Ensure to document material/order/revenue flow
- Document Legal entity involved, SAP Company Codes, Sales org&plants
- Document certifications associated with the site and / or any legal permits
- Document Certification applicable to the product / site
- Define SwissCo/HubCo requirements;
- Document commute analysis and ensure timely communication to HR
- Capture LID codes and develop appropriate strategies
- Develop in partnership with HR and relevant people managers PFEP
- Develop Training Plan in partnership with HR
- Develop communication Plan for suppliers & customers
- Develop close-out/shutdown plan in partnership with GRE and Infrastructure IT, as per the need
- Develop Production Ramp-up plan overlaps with hiring plan
- Tax validation process plan (applicable for Growth Projects, where specific portfolios are regionalized and sold through new entities)
- Develop /Leverage Clear to Build Plan to enable product validation and ramp-up, in line with production plan;
- Others, as communicated in PM Academies and/or by Portfolio leader
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership, accountability, and communication across workstreams;
- Coordinate with HR on detailed training plans & documents, as per the need, particularly ISC Projects
- Act as active enabler to remove barriers for execution, following the detailed plan & the committed deadlines;
- Manage program budgets, resource planning, risks, issues actively, dependencies, and change requests;
- Develop High level plan and detailed plan, derived from the STP checklist and the BA requested standards in preparation for Strategy Gate Exits;
- Maintain and update high level and detailed plan, as the project/s progresses;
- Maintain a detailed RAIL weekly at the minimum, and support Cutover Planning (as per the need). Ability to identify risk/s and deploy mitigation plans is a must
- Support PFEP creation and ensure material availability in partnership with the Sourcing/Procurement Teams;
- Secure Sign-offs for the Strategy gate exit, in line with the yearly published calendars;
- Adopt a Business Owner mindset over your project/s;
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates, as requested by line manager or N+2 / senior leadership;
- Facilitate decision-making, resolve escalations, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track and within budget. This means actively being
- Deliver 100% Say-do;
- Embrace a continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and ways of working;
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and intended business outcomes;
- Ensure timely updates to the leadership serving the Master Files (weekly)
- Ensure proper back-up in case of vacations
- Ensure monthly updates of HRP with new versions and clean financials;
- Support organizational change management, adoption planning, and post-implementation reviews as needed;
- Ensure at Project Completion all financials are met, and/or provide detailed handover plan for the business, signed off by their N+1;
- Manage at least 3 projects concurrently and be ready to back-up peers, as per the need;
- Document lessons learned (minimum 5/project)
- Ensure financials are maintained and that you are able to articulate deviations from initial plan;
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen and product portfolio knowledge;
- Refresh your knowledge timely on AC36, and recommend financial categorization to support the business P&L
- Build a solid network across operations, ISC and Business Presidents Regional & Global;
YOU MUST HAVE
- SAP Knowledge is a must
- Must have’s Master degree in Business Administration/ IT/ Engineering/ Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in relevant fields
- Availability to travel (up to 50% of time)
