Key Responsibilities

Document Control Management

  • Establish and maintain an effective document control system for QA/QC documentation.
  • Register, track, issue, update, and archive controlled documents in accordance with project requirements.
  • Maintain document numbering, revision control, and document status reports.
  • Ensure all quality documents are current, approved, and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Monitor document workflows and ensure timely review and approval processes.

Quality Documentation

  • Manage quality records including:
    • Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
    • Method Statements
    • Quality Procedures
    • Inspection Reports
    • Material Receiving Reports (MRRs)
    • Test Reports
    • Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
    • Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
    • Request for Inspection (RFIs)
    • Vendor Documentation
    • Turnover and Handover Dossiers
  • Maintain QA/QC databases and document registers.

Compliance and Audits

  • Ensure documentation complies with:
    • Project Quality Management System (QMS)
    • ISO 9001 requirements
    • Client specifications and contractual requirements
    • Worley document control procedures
  • Support internal and external quality audits by providing required documentation and records.
  • Verify completeness and traceability of quality records.

Reporting and Coordination

  • Generate regular document status reports and KPI reports for project management.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives regarding document submissions and approvals.
  • Follow up on overdue documents and quality deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing final project quality dossiers and turnover packages.

Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

  • Operate and maintain document control systems such as:
    • Aconex
    • SharePoint
    • TeamBinder
    • Documentum
    • Other project EDMS platforms
  • Ensure accurate uploading, indexing, retrieval, and archiving of project records.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Information Management, or related discipline.

Experience

  • Document control experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
  • Experienced in QA/QC document control within large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
  • Experience working on active construction sites is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Worley, mining, or major industrial projects is an advantage.
