Technical Project Manager - Cloud Operations

Hospitals don't have room for downtime. Neither do we.

Healthcare systems across the Nordics run on infrastructure that must work every shift, every scan, every critical decision. As a Technical Project Manager in our Nordic Cloud Operations team, you help keep our cloud services stable, secure and ready for the clinicians who depend on them.

You will sit close to the technology: the infrastructure, the incidents, the live services, not only the plans and the stakeholders. Your job is to bring the structure, planning and communication that turn complex technical work into stable delivery, working shoulder to shoulder with the engineers who build and run it.

Why this role is different

Many TPM roles sit between business and tech. This one sits inside the technical reality. You won't be the deepest engineer on the team, but you need to understand what they are building well enough to question a plan, spot a risk, and earn their trust. Coordination on its own is not enough here. The people who do well in this role can hold a technical conversation, not just schedule one.

What You'll Do

You own the delivery side of our cloud operations projects across the Nordic region, from planning and coordination through go-live and stabilization.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Leading cloud infrastructure projects end to end, together with engineering and operations teams
• Working closely enough with the technology to understand the decisions being made, not just relay them
• Keeping projects on track through clear priorities, realistic planning and honest communication
• Turning complex technical situations into language that helps others decide well
• Helping improve how we run, support and deliver our cloud services
• Managing expectations at both the strategic and the operational level knowing when to escalate, adapt or say no

Who You Are

We hire for attitude and ability, and we train for skill. What matters most is how you think, how you communicate and how you hold up when things get complex. But this role needs a technical foundation to stand on from day one.

You bring:

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, for example Azure or similar, networking or virtualization, not only managing people who do it
• Experience leading technical delivery where you owned the technical outcome, not only the customer relationship
• Practical exposure to systems integration and keeping production services stable
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks
• An interest in connectivity, systems integration, and operational stability
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Even better if you have:

• Experience in healthcare IT or working with regulated environments
• Certifications in project methodologies; Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or similar
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or medical imaging infrastructure
