Production Supervisor – Retail Assembly

Cha-am factory, Phetchaburi, Thailand
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Retail Assembly production activities to achieve production targets.
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, overtime planning, and labor productivity.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate Team Leaders and production operators.
- Prepare and review daily production reports and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Experience in assembly operations, preferably Retail Cabinet or Refrigeration products.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Quality Systems, and Safety Management.
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
