Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Railway Signalling Tester for our team in Bangkok.

Responsible for testing, commissioning, and validating railway signalling systems, ensuring all equipment and functions operate in accordance with approved specifications, safety requirements, and operational standards.
The key responsibilities include:
- Perform installation, static, functional, dynamic, and commissioning tests on railway signalling systems and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications and testing requirements.
- Test and verify signalling components including signals, points, track circuits, axle counters, train detection systems, interlockings, level crossings, power supplies, and emergency operating functions.
- Conduct all testing activities in accordance with railway safety standards, establish testing boundaries and isolations, and verify safety-critical functions prior to system commissioning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate test records, certificates, defect reports, and commissioning documentation while ensuring traceability and adherence to approved procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve signalling system faults using structured troubleshooting techniques, test equipment, and coordination with engineering, design, and installation teams.
- Participate in commissioning activities, site integration testing, operational testing, and cross-functional coordination with track, power, telecommunications, SCADA, rolling stock, and civil teams.
- Ensure compliance with railway safety regulations, quality procedures, configuration control requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives while applying strong knowledge of signalling principles, interlockings, train detection, and signalling control systems.
Use your skills to move the world forward
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant railway signalling qualification, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience, with practical expertise in signalling testing, installation, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Strong understanding of railway signalling principles, safety-critical systems, and railway safety requirements, with a commitment to safe working practices.
- Proven ability to interpret signalling drawings, circuit diagrams, specifications, and other technical documentation accurately.
- Experience using electrical and electronic test equipment, combined with strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills, accurate documentation capabilities, and flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and possession periods as required.
