Quality Serial Planning Specialist

Qualifications

• Diploma of technical Engineer
• English mandatory or German is a strong advantage
• Quality tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industrie

Responsibilities

• QUALITY PLANNING FOR THE PRODUCT IN SERIES:

• Q-responsible for product and process changes in series
• Execute quality tasks in MEC and MPPC
• Define, plan and implement quality requirements (verification, controls…)
• Update quality documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, Instructions…)
• PPAP
• Ensure quality targets are met

• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
• COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER
• PLAN AND CONDUCT REQUALIFICATION
• QUALITY PLANNING DURING LAUNCH PHASE:

• Part of the transfer team ensures a smooth launch of the new projects from PEP team
• Support analyse of the NIO parts after production RUNs – PPM target analyse (RUN3 – RUN 4 before SOP).
• Organize launch Q-circle process in ramp-up phase (Daily meeting with the plant team and weekly meeting with PEP).
• Responsible for the quality KPIs (PPM/scrap) during launch phase (SOP + 6 months).
• Support customer complaints 8D during launch phase (SOP + 6 months)
• Check the compliance with the requirements
• Coordinate customer audits
