Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management (Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Amazon): Monitor and manage stock levels, product listings, and pricing across all platforms. Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns in coordination with platform account managers. Track sales performance and optimize visibility and conversion. Maintain strong relationships with key contacts at e-commerce platforms.
2. Operational Management: Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales processes. Ensure timely and accurate product listings, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization across all platforms. Manage daily operations including order flow, return handling, and performance reporting.
3. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Website Management: Take ownership of all operational and commercial processes for the DTC website. Develop and execute sales and campaign strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Work closely with digital marketing and content teams to ensure optimal product presentation and user experience. Monitor analytics and generate insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management (Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Amazon). Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, campaign execution, and sales analysis. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Experience with e-commerce tools/platforms is a plus.
