POWER TK AS has been the appointed distributor of the PERKINS brand in Türkiye since its establishment in 2013. The company specializes in the distribution of PERKINS engines and spare parts, as well as the servicing and maintenance of PERKINS diesel engines. Our headquarters are located in Istanbul (Cekmekoy).

Post description
- Manage and submit warranty claims and ensure timely and effective follow-up with Perkins, OEMs, and authorized service dealers.
- Collect, review, and consolidate all necessary technical and financial documentation to ensure the proper recovery of warranty-related costs from manufacturers.
- Act as the main point of contact for Perkins warranty management and OEM warranty processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Review and assess technical failures in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies, rules, and guidelines, and determine whether the failure is eligible for warranty coverage.
- Work closely with the Service Engineering team to obtain the required technical analysis, failure information, and supporting documentation for warranty claims.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers to ensure that warranty claims are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
- Provide support to the Technical Support team when required, particularly on warranty-related technical matters.
- Monitor the status of submitted claims, follow up on manufacturer feedback, and ensure timely resolution of rejected, pending, or disputed claims.
- Identify recurring warranty issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of warranty processes.
- Develop and leverage the capabilities of the team to provide effective warranty support to Perkins, OEMs, and service partners.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting, and contribute to the monitoring and improvement of warranty cost recovery and performance.
Profile required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in diesel engines, generators, heavy equipment, or similar machinery.
- Preferably experience in warranty, after-sales service, technical service, or service engineering.
- Experience in warranty claim processes, technical documentation, and manufacturer warranty procedures, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
- Strong technical capability to analyze technical failures and assess whether a failure is covered under warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty rules and guidelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively on technical matters with Perkins, OEMs, and authorized service dealers.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical reports, service documentation, and manufacturer procedures.
- Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a technical context.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM and warranty management systems is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
