Job Purpose:
We strongly believe in the enhancement of business performance through the identification, acquisition and development of Talents that can help us exceed our customer expectations while living our corporate values. We are actively looking for skilled Merchandisers who will work closely with current team in place especially in the Plaine Wilhems Region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain attractive product displays in line with company and brand standards
• Ensure products are correctly stocked, rotated, priced, and displayed
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
• Set up promotional displays and ensure products are available before promotions start
• Conduct regular store visits and maintain excellent product visibility
• Remove damaged or expired products from shelves
• Capture and submit display photos and required reports
• Monitor competitor products and pricing and provide market feedback
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product enquiries
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and support service excellence initiatives
• Assist with stock counts and other merchandising activities as required
• Travel to assigned outlets according to scheduled routes

Job Requirements:
• Minimum an HSC holder
• At least 1 year’ experience in Merchandising or shelf packer
• Prior exposure to FMCG sector
• Dynamic and motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and presentation skills in both French and English
• Customer focused and people oriented
• Creative and innovative
• Vehicle owner
