Job Responsibilities

• 負責產線日常運作管理，確保生產活動符合安全、品質、交期及產能目標。
• 帶領並管理班組成員，安排工作分配、人力調度及生產進度執行。
• 依據生產計畫、設備狀況、物料供應及人力配置進行生產安排，確保工單需求如期完成。
• 即時監控生產狀況，針對製程、設備及品質異常進行初步分析、處置與升級回報。
• 與工程、設備、品質及相關支援單位協作，推動產線持續改善，提升生產效率與產品品質。
• 執行並督導標準作業程序（SOP）、5S管理及各項作業規範，確保作業一致性與現場紀律。
• 落實安全衛生及環境管理要求，建立並維持安全的工作環境。
• 協助新進人員訓練、技能培育及團隊發展，提升團隊整體績效與能力。

Job Qualifications

• 專科以上學歷，理工相關科系尤佳。
• 具5年以上半導體、電子製造或化工相關產業生產製造經驗。
• 具產線管理、班組帶領或領班經驗者優先考慮。
• 具備基本設備、製程異常分析及故障排除能力。
• 熟悉生產管理、品質管理及現場改善工具者佳。
• 具良好的溝通協調、團隊合作及人員管理能力。
• 能接受日夜班輪班制度（做二休二）。
• 具高度責任感、執行力及問題解決能力。
