What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our distribution running efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee production, scheduling and floor operations.
• Support daily operations and team performance.
• Train and support team members for success.
• Monitor equipment, personnel, and processes to ensure operational needs and performance expectations are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year as a machine operator with BG or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge and skills with leadership, communication, and computer technology.
• Comfortable working with machinery and production management strongly preferred.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused.
• Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
• Willingness to learn, grow, work overtime and take on additional responsibilities.
