Senior Procurement Specialist

RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and conduct all phases of procurement projects.
• Provide senior-level operational and consulting support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Support purchasing, procurement, source selection, acquisition research, and contracting management.
• Support acquisition training, policy development, and business-process improvement.
• Perform financial analysis supporting acquisition and program requirements.
• Support automated-system development, analysis, and implementation.
• Provide federal project and program-management support.
• Research and apply applicable federal statutes and regulations.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of agency missions, organizational relationships, and priorities to acquisition activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience

Work Location: Hybrid/Remote Eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $74,153 - $156,660 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
